We set clear ground rules emphasizing safety, respect, and confidentiality, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and secure sharing their experiences. Day 2: Building Resilience & Connection Focuses on developing practical skills through engaging activities and workshops. The morning begins with mindful movement in nature, setting intentions for the day ahead before transitioning to kayaking - an adventure that builds confidence through gentle challenge. Day 3: Farewell & Takeaways The final day of our retreat focuses on consolidating learnings and preparing teens to apply their new skills at home.
